We usually install SmartTrade Office remotely:
- With new users, we send a CD to you, you insert it into a drive, give us remote access and we do the rest.
- With upgrades, we email the upgrade file to you, you give us remote access and we do the rest.
Once SmartTrade Office is installed, loading SmartTrade Mobile® onto PDAs is very simple, using a wizard. We can either do this remotely, or show you how to do it.
