Generally no. Our philosophy is that SmartTrade is “out of the box”. SmartTrade does have a considerable amount of inbuilt flexibility to meet different types of workflow, however if the feature you want has broad appeal to our users, we may decide to include it in a future version of the standard product.
"Packaged" applications such as SmartTrade have many advantages over customised ("bespoke") applications, particularly for small and medium sized businesses. They do sometimes require businesses to modify their workflow to match the capabilities of the application. Often this is a change for the positive, although sometimes prospective customers seem fixated on computerising their current processes.
