In part:
- You can use the Outlook calendar on the mobile device, just as for a normal PDA.
- Appointments created in the SmartTrade Office scheduler will be synced to the PDA and displayed in the Outlook calendar in the PDA.
- Appointments created or modified in the Outlook calendar on the PDA will not be synced back to the scheduler in SmartTrade Office.
Our intention is to provide full synchronisation for calendar entries in a future version of SmartTrade. If you want live availability of your schedule in the field, then you should consider using a laptop with a wireless card.
You can't view another person's schedule on a PDA. If you need to do so, you should consider using a laptop with a wireless card.
