Job Card:

The job card is where all jobs begin.  In this screen shot you will also see a Procedure, Asset and fault tab, this functionality plugs in seamlessly if you have purchased the Asset Maintenance module.  The job card sets the job up for tracking, where you can assign people, set status and schedule the job.

 

 

Find Jobs:

Finding all your jobs in one place is critical to managing your business.  In this screen you are able to sort by client, date range, status etc.  Reports can also be created directly from your sort, for printing or email.  You can also export this to Excel spreadsheets.

 



Employee schedule:

The SmartTrade schedule looks and feels like Outlook, but is intrinsically linked to the job and employee resources.  Jobs can be created directly from this screen, and you can simply double click to open a job or move to another employee or date.  When you mouse over a job (as shown) you can quickly get a snapshot of key job details.
