SmartTrade is a scalable job management system developed for trade businesses.  It streamlines front-end operations including:  managing customers, logging jobs, costing, scheduling, dispatching, recording job data, managing client assets, ordering, invoicing and reporting.

SmartTrade Office is a multi-user application and can be run on a single PC, a networked local server, or be hosted remotely and accessed by laptops out in the field.  It integrates to accounting packages for the exporting of invoices and other data. 

It can also be extended to enhance your business with other products such as SmartTrade Mobile, Asset Management, Advanced Reports, and Internet Job Logging.

SmartTrade Mobile®

Asset Management
SmartTrade Mobile is an add-on to SmartTrade Office that mobilises field staff to work remotely and disconnected from the office.  Functionality includes editing job cards/job sheets, doing employee timesheets and signature capture.


 The Asset Management module is an affordable means of managing client assets - particularly useful for businesses such as building maintenance and air conditioning service firms.  Features include:  recording client assets, including locations and user defined asset classifications, logging faults against assets, creating jobs against assets, and building check lists.

Internet Job Logging: 

The Internet Job Logging Module in SmartTrade is a great tool that allows clients to do just that – log jobs over the internet.  If you have clients sending through job requests on a regular basis, this module will help cut down on the data entry and time by getting the client to setup the job for you.  They can put in notes, select a preferred date, and put in their own client reference number.

SmartTrade Advanced Reports: 

The SmartTrade Advanced Reports module is available to customers who want reports that are not shipped with SmartTrade Office (STO), or cannot be customised within the Standard report writer shipped with STO.  This powerful addition means that any data entered into SmartTrade can be reported on.  Need a special report we don’t have already?  We can write it for you.

 

CRM (Customer Relationship Management): 

Helps grow sales by targeting your customer base.  Coupled with SmartTrade Advanced Reports, there isn’t much you can’t report on in SmartTrade.  Track lead source, last and next contact dates, assign an account manager, client status and other custom data.
