SmartTrade Office

SmartTrade Mobile®

SmartTrade Office is a multi-user application designed for small to medium sized enterprises. It can run on a single PC, a networked local server, or be hosted remotely, and integrates with popular accounting packages such as MYOB and QuickBooks. It uses a powerful SQL database, and also be used remotely by laptops or tablets with a wireless data card via terminal services .

SmartTrade Office can support multiple mobile devices (PDAs) running SmartTrade Mobile®.

SmartTrade Mobile® revolutionises business for firms with field service staff. It allows jobs to be dispatched to PDAs in the field, or for jobs to be created in the field. When completed, jobs can be electronically returned to the office. It's like having your office in your pocket.

SmartTrade Mobile® runs on PDAs (Windows Mobile 5.0 and 6.0 devices) and includes the option of  wireless connectivity. It includes a job sheet, ordering and invoicing, timesheets and signature capture.

SmartTrade Office and SmartTrade Mobile® are designed to communicate with each other, with SmartTrade Office being the hub for the mobile units.
