Our mobile application SmartTrade Mobile® can be used either as a comprehensive system or as the field component of a job dispatch system and runs on Pocket PC handheld computers (PDAs).

It allows jobs to be managed from start to finish – from fielding an inquiry, logging the job, costing estimating and quoting, dispatching to field staff, ordering materials, recording employee time, and invoicing – all on the PDA.

Alternatively, SmartTrade Mobile® can be used as the field component of a job dispatch system - jobs can be created in the office (in SmartTrade Offcie), dispatched out to field staff who add materials, labour and notes as required, and then be returned to the office. Jobs can transmitted to or from the field either wirelessly over CDMA or GPRS networks, or in the office by cradling or using short range connections such as WiFi, BlueTooth or InfraRed.
